Designation: Assistant HR Manager.

Min Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA in HR is must.

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify, Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs, sourcing channels and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process: Interview, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, stakeholder management and post-offer follow-ups for assigned requisitions.

Corporate HR Policies:

  • Review existing policies and align them with Organization strategy.
  • Create new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in alignment with Organization strategy, HR Vision and strategy.

Performance Management:

  • Clearly communicate and cascade the PMS philosophy to all line managers and employees.
  • Draw up the Performance Management Process calendar as approved by management.

HR Operation:

  • Issuing of offer letter and appointment letters to new joiners.
  • Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.

Payroll and Statutory Compliance:

  • Responsible for Complete Payroll Administration. Including Downloading attendance from the biometric, from LMS etc.

  • Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • To prepare marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • To provide regular follow up on enquiries received.
  • Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.
  • Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation team
  • Assisting with the immigration related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to prospects and clients
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.
