    Designation: Team Lead – Sales

    Min Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

    Location: Pune (Dhole Patil & Viman Nagar), Baroda

    Job Description: ABM – Sales

    • Accountable for achieving individual and team targets
    • Counseling prospective clients for client retention
    • Resolving all issues raised by clients by coordinating with the corporate office
    • Punctual and accurate preparation and submission of MIS
    • Handling queries and convincing clients to avail of skilled migrant visas for Australia, Canada & other countries
    • Reporting and Analysis: Maintenance of Trackers / Databases to update Management on the status of clients,
    • To do in-depth study about services being offered & suggest changes and tweaking to drive business
    • Take care of BTL marketing activities to increase walk-ins and retentions
    • Employee development and Performance management of my team
    • Plan, organize, direct and control the process flow in the department.
    • Resolve problems that arise, such as client escalations during the phase of file processing and address their grievances with suitable solutions.
    • Implementing new ideas to streamline the process and trying best to have zero errors.
    • Helping juniors in solving the escalations and personally handling client walk-ins and solving queries.
    • Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth process.

    Requirements Are:

    • Graduation or Post Graduate in any stream
    • Excellent Communication skills – English
    • Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the Immigration industry will be preferred
    • Should have good team handling experience

    Job Description: Senior Immigration Consultant

    • Provide expert immigration guidance to referred clients for PR Visa Sales, ensuring a thorough understanding of the process.
    • Identify sales prospects and convert them into clients.
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    • Completing the daily leads target and doing timely follow-up.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals.
    • Ensure that the monthly minimum targets are achieved
    • Maintain sales materials and be updated about the product’s knowledge.
    • Perform any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company

    Requirements Are:

    • Graduation or Post Graduate in any stream
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven sales or counselling experience, particularly in the immigration industry, is a plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

    Designation: Branch Manager / Asst. Branch Manager

    Job Description:

    • Client handling
    • Has to assign tasks to his/her team members based on priority.
    • Prepare a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensure its implementation.
    • Individual contribution in branch business.
    • Upgraded knowledge about immigration.
    • Achieving monthly sales target.
    • Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management.
    • Converting inquiries into enrolments
    • Achieving branch enrolment & visa targets
    • To help the team to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer.
    • Ensure that training is given to the team members.
    • Has to coordinate with Marketing, Accounts and Immigration in case of issues related to Immigration & Consultants.
    • Give projections & plan for the same.
    • Has to ensure relieving formalities and other related issues handled efficiently and effectively by his/her team members.
    • Conflict resolution.

    Skills / Attributes Required
