DND (Do not Disturb)
By signing up with Apex Visas on our website, you are giving us free consent without any conditions (express or implied) to call/message you as and when required.
This will override all DND registration registered with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India).
Member agrees to expressly authorize Apex Visas to make transaction calls and/or send service related transactional SMS messages, even in the case that Member’s contact number is listed as DND with the concerned telecom regulatory authority.
The above consent/authorization will be valid until the date you are an active customer of Apex Visas.

Other Services:
Apex Visas believes and strongly abides to ethical business practices and hence before retaining a client for the services we have made it imperative that every prospective client must go through an Initial Review by our team of evaluators. Only on being rewarded a positive report we ask the client to proceed for retention, this done with the sole intention of avoiding wrong sales and to protect clients from loosing their hard earned money.
Upon retention the client signs an agreement for services with Apex Visas, this is a legal document which provides an insight into the processing procedures of the organization and also clearly shares the grounds upon which a refund can be processed. The client after a through study of the document decides to sign this document which is legally valid.
We would also like to emphasize that as an organization following ethical and transparent business practices we honor the agreement and the refund clauses mentioned in the same. If your refund claim falls under the clauses we will abide by them and the same will be processed within the give time frame. We would also like to add that being a customer centric organization we have always given importance to our clients needs and in scenarios where the client opts for a refund due to some unforeseen reasons the organization appoints its Customer Support Department to understand the reason for the same and share an amicable solution on humanitarian grounds.
However, Apex Visas reserves the right to or not issue a refund as per our policies and in line with the agreement. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree you will not ask for a charge back under any circumstances.
Refunds for payments received will be issued as a company cheque. The refund cheque will be made payable to the person on the order form and mailed to the address indicated on the order form or can be picked up from the closest branch. You, hereby agree that you will not contact your Credit Card Company or bank to file a dispute as this will only delay the refund process.
Our Products and Services:
Apex Visas offers an initial evaluation service where will evaluate your profile for a selected country and let you know how many points have been scored. All reports are sent within 48 hours of sign up if all information has been submitted in the form. The fee for an evaluation report is non-refundable.
Full Service:
Apex Visas offers documentation & processing for immigration & visas. All processing is undertaken at a back office in India and you hereby agree to this arrangement. The fee for full service is refundable only as per the conditions listed above.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
Apex Visas retains the right, at its discretion, to change our Terms and Conditions any time. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Pune Courts only.
